The Western Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce has branded this year’s Porta del Sol Gastronomic Festival as the largest and tastiest gastronomic event in Puerto Rico. that will not only celebrate Puerto Rican cuisine but also energizes the Porta del Sol region’s economy.
Exclusive Clandestine Evening to Kick Off
On Nov. 8, an exclusive “Clandestine Evening” will kickstart the festivities, offering an intimate night of culinary flair. Top chefs will prepare signature dishes live, paired with premium liquor tastings and live music, creating a truly immersive experience for attendees.
All-Inclusive Summit at Cervecera de Puerto Rico
The main event on Nov. 9 takes over Cervecera de Puerto Rico, featuring over 25 local chefs, 30 standout restaurants, and 60 exhibitors, including top wine, beer, and spirits vendors. With Puerto Rican culinary ambassador Giovanna Huyke headlining, this all-inclusive summit will immerse guests in authentic Puerto Rican flavors and innovative fusions.

The festival is also giving back. A portion of the proceeds will go to support Manuel “Mano” Galarza, a young triathlete needing rehabilitation therapy after a recent accident.
