Dulcinea Ice Cream & Churros has a colorful and modern approach with their churrería and ice cream parlor type grab & go that will delight all visitors with their exclusive offer of desserts.
Under the name of the beloved Don Quixote de la Mancha, Dulcinea arises for the love of a young Puerto Rican couple for churros and ice cream, who fused both elements in to a creative dessert.
According to Assure its operators, Dulcinea comes to life through the character of an alpaca that enjoys traveling the world, trying new flavors and bringing them to the island to offer to Puerto Ricans. Even part of the decoration includes Dulcinea, the alpaca, in its different tours around the world.
Dulcinea Ice Cream & Churros offers soft-gelato, a gelato mix with an ice cream base in three fixed flavors: vanilla, chocolate and a seasonal option that It will start with coconut pineapple ice cream. The visitor will have the opportunity to combine their crunchy churro, made fresh at the moment, with its option of creamy ice cream and with toppings outside of the traditional.
The gastronomic experience specialized in delighting the sweet palate has eight signature desserts, the main one being the Dulcinea that combines vanilla ice cream, dulce de leche, sponge cake at the bottom and churro at the top; in order to create a progressive experience the dessert turns into a Tres Leches as the ice cream melts. In addition, a Unicorn birthday cake decorated with sprinkles and the characteristic horn of the unicorns stands out in its diverse menu of smoothies.
Dulcinea unites the tastes of many Puerto Ricans for churros and mantecado in one place, presenting a different experience to enjoy with family or friends. Something characteristic of Dulcinea is that it is a space that is Instagrammable.
