The most complete culinary experience in Puerto Rico, the seventh edition of Culinary U at El San Juan Hotel
Culinary U is a unique cooking class event, where you can learn and taste culinary creations from the best chefs in the courtyard along with wine pairings, craft beers and spirits.
This year the Culinary U will be held at the El San Juan Hotel from October 4-6 with the main event happening on October 5. As in previous years each class includes a wine pairing of the official sommelier of the Culinary U Maytte Rivera (Plaza Cellars) and some of these classes will be referred to as “hands on”!
Culinary U Weekend Schedule:
October 4 – Meet the Farmers (2:00 pm):
Celebrate the local agricultural industry in this event where farmers will meet the Chefs of Culinary U and can present their products made in Puerto Rico.
October 4 – Fire Pit Dinner (7:00 pm):
Exclusive dinner of Culinary U 2019 with CU Chefs cooking at the stove!
October 5 Culinary U Main Event (1:00 pm-11:00pm):
Choose your 6 favorite classes and graduate from Culinary U. Classes begin at 1pm.
October 6 (11:00 am-3:00pm):
Special Edition of “Culinary U Brunch” in Aquarelle on the Beach.
October 6 (12:00 am-2:00pm):
Special Edition of Culinary U Brunch Classes, presented by Mrs. Potts & TÃa
