This years Saborea Puerto Rico will take place on Thursday April 4th, and Saturday & Sunday April 7th & 8th
The main Saborea Puerto Rico weekend events will take place at the Public Beach area in Carolina and this year Saturday will be a Sunset Festival and Sunday will have Saborea Caribbean BBQ theme.
The regular Bubbles & Bites evening is scheduled to take place on Thursday April 4th at the Intercontinental Hotel in Isla Verde,
Saborea Puerto Rico continues to be the showcase gastronomic event in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean and positions Puerto Rico as the ‘Culinary Capital’ of the Caribbean
Once again, the 3 day festival of food will bring together renowned chefs from Puerto Rico, America and the Caribbean
This year the Saborea Puerto Rico demonstration kitchens will be in the capable hands of Chef Roberto Treviño and Chef Giovanna Huyke who will both be returning to the island for the event.
Also scheduled to appear are:
Tregaye Fraiser – Winner of the 12th edition of the Food Network Star and Chef to President Barack Obama.
Monti Carlo – Puerto Rican chef now based in Los Angeles, California..
Eric Howard – Master Chef participant and New York firefighter.
David Rose – Food Network personality who was a finalist in 13th Edition of The Food Networks Star. David is also the creator of “TLC Experience”, where meals and drinks are paired for the enjoyment of diners.

Apr 7, Savor Puerto Rico Sunset, Carolina Beach
Enjoy a Puerto Rican sunset at the ocean along with cooking demonstrations and cocktails from renowned mixologists. The Saborea Tasting Pavilion will include more than 40 food and drink stations to satisfy your taste buds. There will also be libe music from Luna Llena Group and he Orchestra of the Municipal City of Carolina
From 5 – 11pm with a cost of $75pp plus applicable taxes (pay by Visa for a cost to $60pp plus taxes)
Apr 8, Savor Puerto Rico Caribbean BBQ, Carolina Beach
The Saborea Tasting Pavilion will include more than 40 food and drink stations to satisfy your taste buds. There will also be live music annd a guest DJ.
From 11am – 4pm with a cost of $65pp plus applicable taxes (pay by Visa for a cost to $50pp plus taxes)
You can also purchase a weekend pass for the Saturday & Sunday events at a cost of $150pp plus taxes, with a Visa card. The weekend pass gives you access to valet parking at The Mall of San Juan, access to the VIP tent, access 1 hour earlier to the Saborea Tasting Pavilion and access to exclusive bars within the event
