The most anticipated event for lovers of cocktails is right around the corner with full week of seminars and activities that are open to the public.
The third edition of Puerto Rico Cocktail Week starts on Sunday, November 14 from 11am at the hotel La Concha Resort, in Condado. This years event will feature ten educational workshops for the enjoyment and benefit of the professionals of the hospitality industry and cocktail lovers, as well as social activities that will present new products on the market and exposure to the islands cocktails.
Puerto Rico Cocktail Week 2021 will feature international guests such as Carlos Mejías,
from the Dominican Republic and is the owner of El Bar de las 5’Rs located in Santo Domingo. Niel Flores and Bryan Cortés arrive from New York City from the Employees Only bar, one of the 50’s best bars of 2020.
Seminars will focus on sustainability and entertainment in the cocktail bar, along with exclusive tastings of new products and outdoor events.
Local guests include renowned mixologists, Michael Norat and Ariel Rosario, will focus on the Low ABV Cocktails and the evolution and innovation of distilled spirits.
